Baddie Badge uses usps in most cases to ship out we have 2-5 days turnaround and shipping also takes 3-7 days to deliver 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen mail, please contact the usps office incase of miss delivery. 

Please note that if your item arrives damaged you can file a claim with usps as all pacakes have insurance up to $100
