If you’ve found us through TikTok, you’ve probably seen our mini IV bags, our sterile mayo stand with
tiny utensils inside, our catheter bag with realistic “pee,” our atrium drainage shakers, and many more
interactive badge reels that look like they came straight out of a real hospital supply room.
But the real story behind these designs started back in 2022 with one tiny IV bag.
In 2022, we were experimenting with new badge reel concepts that weren’t just cute… but interactive.
Something that actually moved and felt satisfying to wear. During these experiments, we accidentally
created a tiny IV bag filled with fluid that shifted when you tilted it. That IV bag became our first-ever
interactive badge reel.
For a year, we continued making new interactive designs: the sterile mayo stand with micro utensils
inside, the catheter bag with realistic “pee,” the atrium drainage interactive reel, mini syringes, vials,
drains, and medical tools. Then we posted a lineup of these reels on TikTok — and the video exploded
to millions of views.
Interactive badge reels became popular because they give healthcare workers something satisfying to
fidget with, a conversation starter, and a way to show personality during long stressful shifts.
